Welcome to our first TechTalk of 2025 for a heads-up on all things techy happening at ComplyWith.

Meet ComplyWith’s new engineering team

Say “hi” to ComplyWith’s new engineering team, which is led by the fantastic Andrew Cox (on the right above) as Chief Technology and Product Officer.

Andrew is no stranger to ComplyWith as in his previous role as Chief Technology Officer at EndGame Ltd he contributed hugely to the evolution of the ComplyWith technology.

We’re also very lucky to have 3 super-smart senior engineers on our team (from the left above) Haydn, Mariusz, and Roger (Roger had also worked extensively on our tech when he was at EndGame Ltd).

With our new engineering team coming up to speed, we’re really excited about how we’ll be able to accelerate the cadence of releasing new features, enhancements and even possibly new modules this year and beyond.

The new Linking function is now live in ComplyWith sites

In the Admin module of your ComplyWith application, you can now create your own notes and links to internal policies and resources, then very efficiently link these to one or many of your legal compliance obligations.

If you have the Controls Reporting module, you can also create links between your controls and the legal compliance obligations they apply to.

Join our webinar at 12 – 1 pm on 22 May 2025 to learn how to use the new Linking functions.

Other tech enhancements in the last few months

We’ve been busy making enhancements and improvements to the ComplyWith applications – most of these have been driven by requests from our customers.

Reduce the risk of people losing unsaved responses in surveys

At times, people completing a survey who had spent time entering responses but not saved those responses could lose their work – resulting in much frustration and reworking. We’ve added auto-saving functionality and a whole pile of helpful new prompts to help avoid this problem.

People no longer need to ‘lock’ their surveys

The requirement for every survey participant to ‘lock’ their survey was a pain point for many organisations for many reasons. This requirement has been removed.

Improvements in the Survey Manager screen

We’d received feedback that some elements of the Survey Manager screen were not quite as clear as they could be. An example was the switch for turning Corrective Actions on. We’ve made a number of changes to make things clearer, including prompts pointing out any steps that have not been completed, and new corrective actions buttons.

Additional filtering options in User Management

Following requests from a number of customers we’ve added the Module Status filters below to the User Management screen.

New Help assets

We’re on the home straight of revamping our Admin Help material. Click the “Help” button in the top left of your Admin module screen to see the new goodness.
