10 April 2025, 12 – 1 pm Webinar: Lessons for legal compliance from the Gibson case
The landmark decision in Maritime NZ v Gibson gives us valuable insights into what good legal compliance should look like in 2025 and beyond.
Learn how the findings in Gibson:
- Apply directly to ensure a lot more than just the HSW Act is being complied with.
- Will influence how other duties to ensure legislation is complied with are interpreted.

Unplugged is our annual customer conference held at Te Papa – which just keeps getting bigger and better every year. We’ll be sending out more details in a couple of months’ time, but mark it in your diary now.
25 – 26 November – ALGIM conference
We’ll be again exhibiting at the annual conference of the Association of Local Government Information Managers, which is always a great event.
