Hailing from the quiet town of Carterton in the Wairarapa, Kaleb brings a touch of main-character energy to ComplyWith, channelling the charisma of his childhood heroes, Will Smith and John Cena.
Kaleb’s idyllic upbringing involved raising pet lambs and working at the local supermarket. Lured by the bright lights of Palmerston North, he pursued a degree in media studies at Massey University. After graduating, he joined Spark as a Customer Advisor, honing his skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Now, as a Customer Experience Coordinator at ComplyWith, Kaleb is dedicated to providing top-notch support and seamless customer experiences. From monitoring surveys to creating helpful resources and participating in demos, he’s passionate about improving every customer interaction.
In his free time, Kaleb enjoys hanging out with family and friends, watching football and movies, and playing video games. A lifelong fan of professional wrestling, he’s even considering training to see if he has what it takes to step into the ring—if he does, we’ll be sure to update his profile picture!
