Overview of the ComplyWith Programme
ComplyWith will enable your organisation to monitor and report upon your legislative compliance obligations by electronically:
- allocating legislative compliance questions to a specified role or roles
- periodically surveying compliance
- reporting on compliance survey results
ComplyWith also allows you to load, survey and report upon any matter for which questions can be drafted.
It’s User Friendly
ComplyWith generates an email to each respondent
advising them to log on and answer their allocated legislative compliance
questions.
Users click on the appropriate level of compliance for each question.
The number of compliance levels can be set by the organisation.
Users can also provide comments to accompany their compliance rating
for each question. As an example, a user’s comments may identify
a risk associated with a particular compliance obligation, or provide
reasons for a good or poor rating (such as recent training or the lack
of training).
Reporting on Legislative Compliance
A range of reports can be generated once users have completed their compliance questionnaires. Compliance reports enable organisations to document their legislative compliance effectiveness as well as identifying:
- compliance breaches which need remedying;
- policies and procedures which need improving;
- training needs; and
- other opportunities to improve compliance
Ongoing Currency and Support
Your ComplyWith electronically retrieves updates to legislative compliance questions supplied with ComplyWith. A help desk facility is provided to support ComplyWith subscribers.
Technical Details
ComplyWith has been developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server and is a web-enabled application. Host ComplyWith internally or utilise our secure and proven hosting service.
